The Lifting Pin Anchor (also known as dog bone anchor or spherical head lifting anchor) is a high-strength lifting component specifically designed for handling precast concrete elements during manufacturing, transportation, and installation. How It Works
The anchor is positioned in the mold using a reusable recess former and secured with reinforcement bars.
After curing, the former is removed, revealing a clean recess ready for clutch engagement.
The lifting clutch is inserted into the recess and securely locks onto the spherical anchor head.
The clutch safely transfers loads through the anchor into the reinforcement and concrete, enabling vertical, horizontal, or angled lifts.
The clutch disengages effortlessly after placement, causing no damage to the anchor or concrete.
